The combination of Cavalier and NET Telcos brings together significant customer, technical and network resources, allowing us to expand our services and enable us to provide even more flexible, dynamic and customer centric solutions. The data center will continue to operate in its current facility in Richmond, Virginia. Nearly all of NET Telcos’ employees have joined the Cavalier team and we have a detailed transition and integration plan in place to assure service continuity. This transition effort will be further supported by NET Telcos’ sister company, Expedient.
