Title: Residential Collections Representative

Location: Palm Harbor, FL

Duties: Representatives in this position are required to take customer calls on a daily basis from Cavalier Residential customers, addressing inquiries by providing applicable and accurate information, educating customers on their balances, establishing acceptable payment arrangements and coordinating support efforts as needed

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, work well in a Team environment and have previous customer service/call center experience. In addition potential candidates should demonstrate:
Proficient in Aptis, ‘e’, and Product knowledge
General knowledge of fair debt collection practices.
Strong Time Management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written communication skills.

Title: CPE Supervisor

Location: Hanover, MD

Duties: This position will manage CPE Field Technicians to ensure the timely installation and restoration of telephone, data and frame relay services along with various types of transport circuits. Could be stationed out of PA as well.

Qualifications: Candidates must have working knowledge of analog / digital communication technology and an extensive knowledge of T1’s. Have extensive knowledge of POTS, ISDN,Trunks, GS lines, DID,DOD, DSL,PRI, DHO, Integrated T1’s and Data. Have an extensive knowledge of Channel Banks and how to provision and trouble shoot them. Have working knowledge of HDT’s and Mux’s and how to provision, as well as trouble shoot them. Must be able to escalate issues within Cavalier to resolve discrepancies in the field. Computer competency on all databases including TBS, Aptis, MS Word and Excel. Must be capable of independent action for resolution of issues in order to fulfill assigned responsibility. Successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years technical experience or equivalent knowledge base in the telecommunications field. They should be very organized, personable; customer focused and posses good supervisory skills.

Title: Field Operations Tech

Location: Richmond, VA

Duties: Intellifiber Networks is currently seeking a Transport Technician. This position will turn-up, test, troubleshoot and maintain a vast network of SONET Rings, STS/M13 multiplexers, Digital Loop Carrier systems, and DSL equipment. Turn-up, test, troubleshoot and maintain customer and network DS1, DS3 and OC-n facilities.

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of Field Ops workforce in Intellifiber Networks' central Mid-Atlantic region, as well as provide Tier 3 technical support.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years, hands-on experience with the provisioning and maintenance of fiber optic systems/SONET equipment, such as Cisco 15454, Lucent DMX, Fujitsu FLMs, Nortel ABM/TBMs, Alcatel 1603, 1640, 1626, 1648 and 1690. Must also have experience with Ciena 2600, 4200, online 7000. Candidate must have hands-on experience in CWDM, DWDM, and ring configuration up to OC192. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with DS1, DS3, OC-n architecture, as well as the turn–up, testing and troubleshooting procedures related to them. Prior experience and a general knowledge of IP and routing also required. Selected candidate must have the ability to multi-task, willing to work OT related to maintenance activities and rotate on-call. Candidate will be required to travel within the region, which may require some overnight stay, up to 25%.

Title: IP Network Engineer

Location: Richmond, VA

Duties: The IP Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and on going maintenance of the IP backbone in a fast paced service provider environment. The IP backbone is a highly complex network and requires Cisco and Juniper expertise and routing design expertise including BGP and OSPF. The IP Network Engineer will identify and evaluate new equipment solutions, configure and turn up new core routers, and maintain backbone and router port capacity in the core network. Additional responsibilities include working internally with a team to support the network operations staff in highly technical trouble isolation and resolution. The IP Engineer must be able to perform system maintenance and upgrades during established off-hour maintenance windows, and must be available for travel to remote offices in the event emergency repairs or network upgrades are required. Constant review of existing network practices for improvement and execution of necessary improvements is expected. This person must be capable of working independently as well as taking direction from the Manager of IP Engineering to accomplish both short and long-term goals. In depth data network design and engineering knowledge required for this position.

Qualifications: 3+ years IP backbone engineering in a complex service provider network. 3+ years of hands on experience designing and building large scale, highly available ISP networks. Ability to follow multiple simultaneous projects to completion with minimal supervision. Extensive experience with Cisco, and preferably Juniper, Extreme, and Alcatel data networking equipment. Expert level knowledge of BGP and OSPF implementation and configuration. Routing policy expertise including the use of (BGP) route-maps, communities, route-reflectors, and controlled route injection and (OSPF) costs, LSA filtering, access-lists, best practices. Spanning Tree, Vlan design, broadcast storm control, loop avoidance. Familiar with ATM and IP DSL architectures, including the use of Redback edge routing platform for subscriber management. Knowledge of Frame Relay and ATM operation. Familiar with Sonet and Telecommunications equipment in relation to data networking. Experience with VOIP gateways and soft switching. Title: Transport Tech I

Location: Richmond, VA

Duties: Installation and site testing of Digital Loop Carrier systems and DSL equipment, as well as installation of SONET multiplexers, STS/M13 multiplexers. Responsible for DLC/POTS & DSL maintenance and troubleshooting and on call.

Qualifications: A minimum of two-years, hands-on experience with the installation of SONET multiplexers, STS/M13 multiplexers, Digital Loop Carrier systems, and DSL equipment in a Central Office environment. Hands on experience installing Lucent DMX, Fujitsu FLMs, Lucent AnyMedias, Fujitsu FACTRs, and Paradyne/Zhone 4200/8820/8620/MALC DSLAMs is a plus. A geographic understanding of the Philadelphia area would be helpful.
